Paleo foods to eat every day or in moderation and non-Paleo foods to avoid on the Paleo diet. Print this list to help you remember what food are optimal for your health, but tweak it according to your personal tolerance (as explained in the elimination diet section - to come).

  • Seeds (sunflower seeds, pepitas, pumpkin seeds)
  • Coconut flour
  • Nut flour (almond flour)
  • Gluten-containing grains (wheat, barley, rye and some oats)
  • Non-gluten containing grains and pseudo-grains (corn, rice, amaranth, quinoa, sorghum, buckwheat and oats)
  • ...bread, breakfast cereals, tortillas, pizza, oatmeal, pasta, granola bars, cakes, cookies and baked goods…

  • Water (filtered or sparkling)
